Returns and exchange details:
There are no refunds for digital purchases as they cannot be returned. If you have difficulties with the downloads after the purchase it is likely that the files have not been extracted from the zip folders. It will not be possible to print them until they are extracted.

If you are unable to download the files from the link sent, please contact me, I will find alternate means to get you the files or help you with your downloads.

For everything concerning “physical” products, papers, embellishments and more, if you choose an option without traceability it is impossible to follow the package. I do not consider myself responsible for their loss.
I will only refund the orders with tracking, only after having verified that the package has actually been lost or damaged. I will accept the return of the packages at your expense if the ordered items do not satisfy you, but they must be returned intact and in the original packaging.
International orders may take longer than usual to arrive, but it is impossible to make a safe estimate. This is why it is important to choose a shipment with tracking.
Always check that the address given to me is correct. Even in this case, if it’s not correct I will not be held responsible for its eventual loss.

What you CAN do:
Print and use for your handmade craft projects even to sell. If you display your finished product online, I would appreciate you crediting me, Memories Alley.

What you CANNOT do:
Sell printed kits as consumables.
Resell the digital product purchased.
Use images for your own web designs and resell them as your own.
Share with others in digital format or print copies for sharing, but if they are part of your creations, that’s fine.
Make mass-produced products without a License, but if you are interested contact me and we can talk about it.
You can’t pass my products like yours.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders;
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers);
  • Digital downloads;
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons).

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
